Marcson led the Gannon men's golf team to a fourth-place finish at the third Annual Dr. Edwin B. Cottrell Invitational hosted by West Chester. The freshman posted an individual finish of seventh out of 47 golfers, producing a two-day total of 157. He was tied for sixth after shooting a 77 during the first day, before falling one spot with an 80 during the final day. Marson finished the event with the best par-four scoring (+4) and second-most birdies (4) in the field.
