With Gannon holding a one-point lead heading into the final bout of the match, Chaz Lear’s 4-3 upset of Jacob Southwick gave the Golden Knights  a 22-18 win over 10th-ranked Ashland last Friday. The win gave head coach Don Henry his 150th career dual win during his 28th season at Gannon. Southwick, who finished fourth at NCAA Division II Nationals last season, entered the night ranked third in the country and had not lost to a Division II foe this season.
