Papich led the Gannon women's basketball team in scoring during both games of a trip to San Juan, Puerto Rico where Gannon finished 1-1. The sophomore forward averaged 18.5 points, 5.5 rebounds, four assists and 2.5 steals while hitting 16 of 21 (76.2%) free throw attempts. Papich netted a team-high 15 points against UPR-Rio Piedras, hitting 9-of-12 shots from the charity stripe. She added three rebounds, four assists, two steals and a block during the game. The following game, Papich poured in 22 points, accounting for her third 20-point game this season. She was 7-of-12 from the floor while also netting 7-of-9 free throw attempts. She netted her only three-point attempt and narrowly missed a double-double with eight rebounds. Papich also added four assists and three steals during the one-point victory.
