Tubbs concluded her stellar collegiate career by leading the Gannon volleyball team to a 2-0 final week with a pair of 3-1 victories over Indiana (Pa.) and Tiffin. The senior outside hitter recorded her ninth double-double of the season with 17 kills and 10 digs against IUP. She averaged 3.38 kills and 2.25 digs per game last week. Tubbs reached double digits in kills 19 times this season, including both matches last week. She reached double digits in digs nine times this season. Tubbs led Gannon to 13 victories, the most in a season since the 2004 team won 14 matches. She was also named to the ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District II first team last week and is currently on the national ballot of Academic All-America consideration.
