Gannon University Athletics

Simonoff led the Gannon men's water polo team to a 3-2 record during a stretch which saw the team play five matches in three days, including four in three locations during the span of 24 hours. The sophomore led Gannon to a 7-6 upset of NCAA Division I George Washington at the Bucknell Invitational, breaking a 6-6 tie by converting a penalty shot with 45 seconds remaining in regulation. He tallied 10 goals in five matches, including six at the Bucknell Invitational. Simonoff is Gannon's third-leading scorer with 19 goals this season.
