Boback earned All-America honors from both the NAIA and NCAA for the men's golf team during his collegiate days. Regarded as the steadiest swinger in the Gannon program, which has had many standouts, Boback had a career stroke average of 75.6 and won many collegiate tournaments as well as one EDGA crown.
