Wiley, a Gannon men's basketball player, was inducted during the 1986 ceremony. He was a four-year regular from 1963 through 1967, producing 896 career points. The 5'9" guard ranks 33rd all-time at Gannon in career scoring as of the 2008-09 season, but was among the program's all-time top 15 upon his induction.
